Required Information

1. Name of your company or school (who arranged your account?)
2. Your full name
3. Your current User ID
4. The User ID you want to change to

You can reset your password using the secure procedure below.

1. Open your sign-in page and click 'Forgot your password?'
2. Input the email address you registered with us, and click 'Send me reset password instructions'.
3. A one-time password reset link will be sent to your registered email address. Open that link to reset your password.

Follow these steps to change your registered name:

2. Click 'Edit Profile' (upper right of the page).
3. Edit your name and click 'Update'.
